ประกาศนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

หลักการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของ บริษัท โดสเทค จำกัด

บริษัท โดสเทค จำกัด ให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยหลักการดังต่อไปนี้จะใช้กำหนดแนวทางของบริษัทในการปฏิบัติต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

1. บริษัทตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของความไว้วางใจที่ท่านมีให้ต่อ บริษัท โดสเทค จำกัด เมื่อท่านนำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านมาแลกเปลี่ยนกับบริษัท
2. บริษัทมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างความโปร่งใสให้แก่ท่านเกี่ยวกับประเภทข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม การประมวลผลข้อมูลดังกล่าว และบุคคลที่บริษัทนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวไปแลกเปลี่ยน
3. บริษัทมุ่งมั่นที่จะร่วมมือกับท่านเพื่อแก้ไขข้อกังวลใด ๆ ที่ท่านมีเกี่ยวกับการที่บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
4. บริษัทมุ่งมั่นที่จะดำเนินการเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านและลดความเสี่ยงที่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกใช้โดยผิดวัตถุประสงค์

ประกาศนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของ บริษัท โดสเทค จำกัด – สิทธิของท่านในการได้รับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ขอบเขต

ประกาศนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนี้ (“ประกาศ”) อธิบายแนวทางของ บริษัท โดสเทค จำกัด ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ แลกเปลี่ยน และประมวลผลด้วยวิธีอื่น ๆ ซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์อื่น ๆ ของบริษัทที่เชื่อมโยงมาถึงหรือแสดงประกาศนี้ (“แพลตฟอร์ม”) อย่างไรก็ตาม ประกาศนี้ไม่ใช่สัญญาและไม่ก่อให้เกิดสิทธิหรือหน้าที่ใด ๆ ในทางกฎหมาย

เมื่อบริษัทใช้คำว่า “ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” ในประกาศนี้ บริษัทจะหมายความถึงข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวตนของท่าน เกี่ยวข้องกับท่าน อธิบายรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับท่าน เพียงพอที่จะเกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับตัวท่าน หรืออาจเพียงพอที่จะเชื่อมโยงถึงตัวท่านได้ ไม่ว่าโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม โดยจะไม่หมายความรวมถึงข้อมูลภาพรวมทั่วไป ข้อมูลที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ (Deidentified Information) หรือข้อมูลนิรนาม (Anonymized Information) ซึ่งเก็บรักษาไว้ในรูปแบบที่ไม่อาจเกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับตัวท่านหรือเชื่อมโยงถึงตัวท่านได้

ประเภทของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมไว้

ข้อมูลการติดต่อ (Contact Information) ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมชื่อ ที่อยู่จัดส่งไปรษณีย์ เลขหมายโทรศัพท์ และที่อยู่อีเมลของท่าน และบริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมเลขหมายโทรศัพท์มือถือของท่านด้วย

ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน (Payment Information) ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมเลขบัตรเครดิตและที่อยู่เรียกเก็บเงินของท่าน

ประวัติการจับจ่าย (Shopping History) ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่ท่านชม หยิบลงตะกร้า ซื้อ หรือคืน

ข้อมูลที่ท่านประกาศ (Information You Post) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านประกาศไว้ในพื้นที่สาธารณะบนแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท อาทิเช่น บนฟีเจอร์การให้คะแนนและการรีวิว (Ratings & Reviews) ของบริษัท

ข้อมูลสื่อสังคม (Social Media Information) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านประกาศไว้บนหน้าสื่อสังคมของบริษัท และอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโปรไฟล์สื่อสังคมของท่านและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ประกาศบนหน้าสื่อสังคมของท่านด้วย

ข้อมูลการจ้างงาน (Employment Information) หากท่านสมัครงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านระบุไว้ในใบสมัครงานของท่าน ตัวอย่างเช่น ชื่อและที่อยู่ของนายจ้างของท่าน และประวัติการทำงานของท่าน

ข้อมูลที่ท่านส่งให้ (Information You Submit) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในขณะที่ท่านส่งข้อความถึงบริษัทผ่านหน้า “ติดต่อเรา” หรือฟีเจอร์อื่นที่คล้ายคลึงกันบนแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท และบริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในขณะที่ท่านเข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมการขายด้วย โดยอาจรวมถึงภาพถ่าย ภาพวีดิทัศน์ และเนื้อหาอื่นที่ผู้ใช้งานเป็นผู้สร้างขึ้นที่ท่านได้ส่งให้

ข้อมูลเชิงประชากรศาสตร์ (Demographic Information) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลวันเกิด อายุ เพศ และรหัสไปรษณีย์ของท่าน และบริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับงานอดิเรกของท่าน สิ่งที่ท่านสนใจ และพฤติกรรมการจับจ่ายของท่านด้วย

ข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์ (Device Information) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเภทของอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านใช้เพื่อเข้าถึงแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ (Device Identifier) ที่อยู่ไอพี (IP Address) หรือระบบปฏิบัติการมือถือ (Mobile Operation System) ของท่านด้วย

ข้อมูลของตำแหน่งสถานที่ (Location Information) บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งสถานที่ที่เที่ยงตรงจากอุปกรณ์ของท่าน โดยอาจรวมถึงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งสถานที่ที่เฉพาะเจาะจงของท่านในขณะที่ท่านใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท หรืออาจรวมถึงข้อมูลที่ช่วยให้บริษัทสามารถทราบตำแหน่งสถานที่ของท่านได้โดยคร่าว ๆบริษัทยังอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดังกล่าวนี้ในแบ็กกราวด์ในขณะที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันมือถือของบริษัทด้วย  สำหรับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับทางเลือกของท่านในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตำแหน่งสถานที่ของท่าน โปรดตรวจสอบในหัวข้อ “ทางเลือกเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของท่าน” ด้านล่างนี้

ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับล็อกและการวิเคราะห์ (Log and Analytics Data) หากท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเบราว์เซอร์ที่ท่านใช้อยู่ บริษัทอาจตรวจสอบว่าท่านมาจากเว็บไซต์ใด หรือท่านเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ใดต่อไป เมื่อท่านออกจากเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทแล้ว หากท่านใช้แอปพลิเคชันของบริษัท บริษัทอาจตรวจสอบว่าท่านใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันดังกล่าวบ่อยเพียงใดและดาวน์โหลดไว้ที่ใด

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อ่อนไหว (Sensitive Personal Information) มีเพียงบางกรณีที่บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งมีลักษณะอ่อนไหว อาทิเช่น ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ประวัติผู้ป่วย ข้อมูลพันธุกรรม ข้อมูลชีวภาพ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งมีลักษณะอ่อนไหวเฉพาะในกรณีที่ท่านยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งหรือในกรณีที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอนุญาตให้กระทำได้

วิธีการที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านด้วยวิธีการดังต่อไปนี้

เก็บรวบรวมจากท่านโดยตรง ตัวอย่างเช่น ในขณะที่ท่านกระทำการต่อไปนี้

• ลงทะเบียนเปิดบัญชี
• ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท
• สมัครรับข้อมูลส่งเสริมการขาย
• ขอรับตัวอย่าง
• เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมหรือชมรมสำหรับความภักดีหรือสำหรับแจกรางวัลหรือสำหรับกิจกรรมในทำนองเดียวกัน
• เข้าร่วมการชิงโชค การแข่งขัน การสำรวจ หรือการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อส่งเสริมการขายของบริษัท
• ใช้บริการและฟีเจอร์การให้คะแนนและการรีวิว (Ratings & Reviews) หรือบริการและฟีเจอร์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ส่งคำขอถึงกลุ่มงานบริการลูกค้า (Customer Service) ของบริษัท
• มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับหน้าสื่อสังคมของยูพีดี
• สมัครงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท

เก็บรวบรวมโดยอัตโนมัติ ตัวอย่างเช่นในขณะที่ท่านกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้

• เยี่ยมชมและใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัทบนอุปกรณ์ใด ๆ
• เปิดใช้งานฟีเจอร์ติดตามตำแหน่งสถานที่บนแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท
• คลิกที่ลิงก์ของผู้สนับสนุนหรือโฆษณาของบุคคลภายนอก

บริษัทยังอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับตัวท่านนอกเวลาทำการและผ่านเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในขณะที่ท่านใช้แพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีติดตาม อาทิเช่น คุกกี้ (Cookies) พิกเซล (Pixels) แฟลชออบเจ็กต์ (Flash Objects) เอพีไอ (APIs) และชุดอุปกรณ์พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์มือถือ (Mobile Software Development Kits (SDKs)) และบริษัทอาจใช้บริการจากบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวนี้ในขณะที่ท่านใช้แพลตฟอร์มของบริษัทด้วย

สำหรับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการที่บริษัทใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies) และเทคโนโลยีติดตามอื่น ๆ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับตัวท่านโดยอัตโนมัติ โปรดตรวจสอบหัวข้อ “การโฆษณาออนไลน์และการติดตามโดยบุคคลภายนอก” ด้านล่างนี้

เก็บรวบรวมจากบุคคลภายนอก บริษัทอาจได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับตัวท่านจากแหล่งอื่น ตัวอย่างเช่น ได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจาก

• หุ้นส่วนธุรกิจของบริษัท รวมทั้งเครือข่ายโฆษณาออนไลน์ ผู้ให้บริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และบริษัทที่เป็นผู้ร่วมสนับสนุนแผนส่งเสริมการขายของบริษัท
• เว็บไซต์สื่อสังคม รวมทั้ง เฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) ทวิตเตอร์ (Twitter) ยูทูป (YouTube) พินเทอเรสต์ (Pinterest) สแนปแชต (Snapchat) อินสตาแกรม (Instagram) และ บัญชีทางการของไลน์ (Line Official Account) โดยข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้รับจากเว็บไซต์สื่อสังคมดังกล่าวนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของเว็บไซต์สื่อสังคมและการตั้งค่าของท่านบนเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว
• เว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอก รวมทั้งที่อนุญาตให้ท่านรวมบัญชีบุคคลภายนอกของท่านเข้ากับบัญชียูพีดีของท่าน
• ครอบครัว เพื่อน และผู้อื่นซึ่งให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บริษัทเนื่องจากบุคคลดังกล่าวคิดว่าท่านอาจสนใจผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัทหรือบุคคลดังกล่าวประสงค์จะแลกเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการใดกับท่าน
• บริษัทที่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อเสริมข้อมูลที่บริษัททราบแล้วเกี่ยวกับตัวท่าน รวมทั้งผู้รวบรวมข้อมูล บุคคลภายนอกบางรายอาจเชื่อมโยงชื่อหรือที่อยู่อีเมลของท่านไปยังข้อมูลอื่นที่ตนได้เก็บรวบรวมไว้ ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงข้อมูลการซื้อในอดีต ไม่ว่าจะซื้อแบบออฟไลน์หรือออนไลน์ และอาจรวมถึงข้อมูลการใช้งานออนไลน์ด้วย

เก็บรวบรวมจากการรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้

• นำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมแบบออฟไลน์มารวมเข้ากับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท
• นำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมเกี่ยวกับตัวท่านจากอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ท่านใช้เพื่อเข้าถึงแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัทมารวมเข้าด้วยกัน
• นำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทได้รับจากบุคคลภายนอกมารวมเข้ากับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทมีอยู่แล้วเกี่ยวกับตัวท่าน

บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ต่าง ๆ โดยการประมวลผลข้อมูลดังกล่าวนี้อาจอาศัยเหตุอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายมากกว่าหนึ่งเหตุ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะเจาะจงในการที่บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ตัวอย่างเหตุอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ได้แก่ (1) การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญาที่มีต่อท่าน (2) การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายของบริษัท (3) ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัทหรือของบุคคลภายนอก (4) ผลประโยชน์สำคัญเพื่อความปลอดภัยของบุคคลอื่น และหรือ (5) ประโยชน์สาธารณะ บริษัทจะขอรับความยินยอมจากท่าน หากบริษัทไม่สามารถอ้างเหตุตามกฎหมายดังกล่าวนี้ในการที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยประการอื่น  

ท่านไม่มีหน้าที่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บริษัท หากท่านตัดสินใจไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ในบางกรณีบริษัทอาจไม่สามารถจัดหา (หรือไม่สามารถจัดหาให้ต่อไป) ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการบางรายการที่ต้องขึ้นอยู่กับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่ท่าน

แนวทางของบริษัทในการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

เพื่อมอบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท โดยอาจรวมถึงเพื่อปฏิบัติตามคำขอรับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการของท่าน หรือเพื่อดำเนินการซื้อหรือธุรกรรมอื่น ๆ

เพื่อปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท ตลอดจนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท  บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อปรับปรุงแพลตฟอร์ม ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และการดำเนินงานของบริษัทให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และบริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ในการรับบริการของท่านจากบริษัทด้วย

เพื่อเข้าใจสิ่งที่ท่านสนใจ ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อให้เข้าใจยิ่งขึ้นว่าท่านสนใจผลิตภัณฑ์ใด

เพื่อตอบสนองคำร้องขอหรือคำถามของท่าน โดยอาจรวมถึงการตอบสนองต่อคำติชมของท่าน หรือแจ้งให้ท่านทราบในกรณีที่ท่านได้รับรางวัลส่งเสริมการขาย

เพื่อสื่อสารกับท่าน บริษัทอาจสื่อสารกับท่านในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของท่านหรือความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกัน และบริษัทอาจติดต่อกับท่านในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับประกาศนี้หรือข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสำหรับแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัทด้วย

เพื่อกำหนดสิทธิของท่าน  บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อตรวจสอบตัวตนของท่านหรือกำหนดสิทธิของท่านที่จะได้รับผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และรางวัลส่งเสริมการขายบางรายการจากบริษัท ตัวอย่างเช่น การตรวจสอบอายุ วันเกิด และรัฐที่ท่านมีถิ่นที่อยู่ หากท่านสมัครงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านให้ไว้เพื่อพิจารณาใบสมัครงานของท่าน

เพื่อการตลาด  บริษัทอาจให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และข้อเสนอพิเศษแก่ท่าน บริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อแสดงโฆษณาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และข้อเสนอต่าง ๆ แก่ท่าน  บริษัทอาจแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเกี่ยวกับฟีเจอร์หรือ         อัปเดตใหม่ ๆ โดยอาจเป็นข้อเสนอหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ของบุคคลภายนอกที่บริษัทคิดว่าท่านอาจสนใจ และบริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อการสื่อสารทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมทั้งการสื่อสารผ่านอีเมลหรือข้อความตัวอักษรให้แก่ท่าน

เพื่อการโฆษณาตามความสนใจ บริษัทและบุคคลภายนอกซึ่งเป็นหุ้นส่วนของบริษัทอาจทำการโฆษณาตามความสนใจโดยใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวมผ่านเว็บไซต์ อุปกรณ์ หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ เพื่อแสดงโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้องแก่ท่านบนแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท หรือบนเว็บไซต์ บริการ และแอปพลิเคชันมือถืออื่น ๆ หรือบนอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ที่ท่านอาจใช้อยู่ สำหรับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับทางเลือกของท่านในการติดต่อสื่อสารดังกล่าวนี้ โปรดตรวจสอบในหัวข้อ “การโฆษณาออนไลน์และการติดตามโดยบุคคลภายนอก” ด้านล่างนี้

เพื่อความมั่นคงปลอดภัย โดยอาจรวมถึงเพื่อคุ้มครองบริษัทและลูกค้าของบริษัทซึ่งใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท หรือเพื่อปกป้องคุ้มครองแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท

เพื่อส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือน  หากท่านใช้แอปพลิเคชันมือถือของบริษัท บริษัทอาจส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่หรือข้อเสนอพิเศษถึงท่าน

เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาตไว้หรือตามที่บริษัทอาจแจ้งให้ท่านทราบ

แลกเปลี่ยนบนแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท ตัวอย่างเช่น บริษัทอาจแสดงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านลงประกาศไว้บนฟีเจอร์การให้คะแนนและการรีวิว (Rating & Reviews) ของบริษัท และบริษัทอาจแสดงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านส่งมาเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการขายด้วย

แลกเปลี่ยนกับผู้ให้บริการของบริษัทบริษัทอาจแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกับบุคคลภายนอกซึ่งให้บริการแทนบริษัท ตัวอย่างเช่น ผู้จำหน่ายสินค้า และผู้จัดการการชำระเงิน และอาจรวมถึงบริษัทที่ส่งอีเมลแทนบริษัทหรือช่วยบริษัทจัดการแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท

เด็กและเยาวชนอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี

บริษัทยังอาจใช้รูปแบบการโฆษณาและฟีเจอร์แบบละเอียดอื่น ๆ บางประการ ผ่าน Google Analytics อาทิเช่น  Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting ฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าวนี้ช่วยให้บริษัทสามารถใช้คุกกี้ของบุคคลแรก (First-party cookies) (อาทิเช่น คุกกี้ของ Google Analytics) คุกกี้ของบุคคลภายนอก (Third-party cookies) (อาทิเช่น คุกกี้ของโฆษณา Doubleclick) หรือคุกกี้ของบุคคลภายนอกในลักษณะอื่น รวมทั้งแจ้ง ปรับ และแสดงโฆษณาตามประวัติการเยี่ยมชมบริการของท่าน ท่านอาจควบคุมเกี่ยวกับการโฆษณาของท่าน หรือเลือกไม่ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์โฆษณาของ Google บางประการได้ โดยการเข้าเยี่ยมชมหน้า Google Ads Preferences Manager ซึ่งปัจจุบันอยู่ที่https://google.com/ads/preferences หรือโดยการเข้าเยี่ยมชมทรัพยากรออนไลน์ของ NAI ที่ http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices

นโยบายห้ามติดตามของบริษัท

• เบราว์เซอร์บางตัวมีฟีเจอร์ “ห้ามติดตาม” (“Do not track”) ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ท่านสามารถแจ้งเว็บไซต์มิให้ติดตามท่านได้ ฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าวนี้ไม่มีลักษณะเหมือนกันทั้งหมด ปัจจุบันบริษัทยังไม่ตอบสนองต่อสัญญาณดังกล่าว หากท่านปิดกั้นหรือปฏิเสธคุกกี้ (Cookies) การติดตามที่ได้อธิบายไว้นี้จะไม่ถูกระงับทั้งหมด
• ทางเลือกที่ท่านเลือกจะเจาะจงเฉพาะแต่ละเบราว์เซอร์และอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น

ความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของอินเทอร์เน็ตนั้นย่อมไม่สมบูรณ์ 100% เช่นเดียวกับทุกธุรกิจ บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านได้ให้ไว้แก่บริษัทผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทได้ดำเนินการเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลซึ่งท่านได้ให้ไว้แก่บริษัทจะสูญหาย ถูกใช้ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ หรือถูกเข้าถึง เปิดเผย เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือทำลายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตแล้ว บริษัทขอแนะนำให้ท่านใช้ความระมัดระวังในขณะใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต  การจะเข้าสู่บางส่วนของแพลตฟอร์มจะต้องใช้รหัสผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่าน จึงเป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่านในการรักษาชื่อผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่านของท่าน

การจัดเก็บข้อมูล

หากท่านเป็นผู้มีถิ่นที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย ท่านเข้าใจและตกลงว่า บริษัทอาจส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังและออกนอกประเทศไทยได้ บริษัทจะใช้ความพยายามตามสมควรในการรับรองว่า ผู้รับข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้ล่วงรู้นอกประเทศไทยนั้นต้องคุ้มครองข้อมูลนั้นในลักษณะที่เป็นการคุ้มครองในระดับเทียบเท่ากับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“พ.ร.บ.”) หรือกฎหมายท้องถิ่นฉบับอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิเช่น ให้ผู้รับข้อมูลมีหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลตามสัญญา หรือผู้รับข้อมูลต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายประเทศอื่นที่ให้การคุ้มครองในระดับเทียบเท่ากัน อย่างไรก็ตาม ท่านรับทราบว่า ในบางครั้งผู้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในต่างประเทศอาจไม่ต้องคุ้มครองข้อมูลนั้นในลักษณะที่เป็นการคุ้มครองในระดับเทียบเท่ากับ พ.ร.บ. ในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้การส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลออกนอกประเทศไทยจะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน บริษัทจะขอรับความยินยอมจากท่าน

• You may completely opt out of all location-based information collection by us if you uninstall all of our mobile apps from your devices.

ONLINE ADVERTISING AND THIRD PARTY TRACKING

Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies:

We automatically collect certain types of usage and device information when you visit our Platform, read our emails or otherwise engage with us. We typically collect this information through use cookies (a small text file sent from a website and stored on your device), web beacons or pixels and similar tracking technologies, and we may utilize third party services to collect this information. The Internet is not 100% secure. Like all businesses, we cannot guarantee the security of the personal information you provide to us via the Platform. We have, however, taken certain steps designed to reduce the risk that the personal information you provide us will be subject to loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. A user id and a password are needed to access certain areas of the Platform. It is your responsibility to protect your username and password.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

If you are a resident in Thailand, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to and out of Thailand. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that recipient we disclose your personal information to outside of Thailand are required to protect it in a way that provides comparable safeguards to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) or other applicable local legislation, such as via contractual data protection obligations or because the recipient is subject to laws of another country with comparable protections. However, you acknowledge that sometimes overseas recipient of your personal information may not be required to protect it in a way that provides comparable safeguards to the PDPA. We will request your consent where consent to transfer of personal information out of Thailand is required by law.

We retain your personal information only for the time necessary to execute the contract, achieve the objective pursued, meet your needs or meet our legal obligations. To this end, we will consider the statute of limitations under the laws for any legal proceedings that may occur from or in relation to personal information we collect, as well as our business practices in relation to each category of personal information in order to provide our products and/or services to you. However, we may continue to retain such personal information for a longer period if applicable laws permit or such retention is necessary to establish our right of claim. When we no longer need to process your personal information, we delete it from our systems and databases or anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified.

YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information under the PDPA:

• Right of access: You have the right to request access to your personal information and a copy of, and/or information on the processing of your personal information, provided that we may refuse to provide personal information in response to a request for access, where it is permitted by law or pursuant to a court order, and such access and obtaining a copy of personal information would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others; 
• Right to rectification: You have the right to request that your personal information be corrected or rectified, where it is inaccurate, incomplete or not current; 
• Right to erasure: You have the right to request that we delete, destroy or anonymize your personal information in certain circumstances as described under the PDPA, such as where your personal information is no longer necessary, or when you withdraw your consent and there are no other legal bases to maintain your personal information;
• Right to restriction and right to object: You have the right to object, or request that we restrict, the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, including direct marketing. This include the right to object to automated decision-making (including for marketing purposes); 
• Right to withdraw consent: If we rely on your consent as the lawful basis for our collection, use, disclosure or other processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time; 
• Right to data portability: You have the right to obtain your personal information, including to request that your personal information be transmitted to another data controller or to you, except where it is technically unfeasible, in accordance with the requirements of the PDPA; and
• Right to lodge a complaint: If you have reason to believe that we are in breach of the PDPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with us or with the relevant data protection authority.

Our Platform may contain links to other third-party sites, plug-ins, applications or other online services. If you click on a link to a third-party site or other online service, you will be taken to a site or other online service we do not control and that is not governed by this Notice. We are not responsible for the privacy practices used by third-party sites and other online services. We suggest that you read the privacy policies of those sites and other online services carefully.

I understand, acknowledge and explicitly consent that DOSETECH COMPANY LIMITED may collect (directly from me or from third parties), use, transfer, retain and disclose personal information (including sensitive personal information) about me as described in the Privacy Notice.
